Volunteer for Royal Family KIDS Camp
Royal Family KIDS Camp (RFKC) is a week-long overnight camp for children aged 6-12 who are or have been part of the foster care system. This year’s camp will take place Sunday, June 15, to Friday, June 20.
RFKC is a beautiful opportunity to witness for Christ to many of the most courageous and vulnerable children in our city. RFKC and its companion program, RFK Mentorship, require a team of faithful, dedicated, selfless, and caring adults ready to serve in a multitude of ways.
We need camp counselors, social workers, support staff, musicians, actors, nurses, and more. You don’t need specific skills or previous experience, you just need the Holy Spirit. Being part of RFKC takes a high level of commitment.
Those interested will need to fill out the application, interview with camp leaders, fundraise, go through mandatory training sessions, and be willing to commit to being at camp the full duration (Sunday, June 15, to Friday, June 20). Please don’t let the high level of commitment scare you off—you will receive tons of support, training, and encouragement from leaders and other volunteers along the way!
Applications for new volunteers are now live! Applications close March 12, but we encourage people to sign up as soon as possible
